    Hi XP Techs,

I am having a prooblem I can't seem to find the right tweak for perhaps someone out there has an answer.

A rogue program of some kind is redirecting my browser every so often when I change web pages the program intercepts my command and sends me to another page. It happens every other time I try to change web pages.

The last time something like this happened I was able to locate the script and disable it but I cant seem to find what is cusing the redirection this time.

Any advice on how to remove this and how to stop these things from happening in the future by setting options OFF would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I am a Dell Home XP OPSYS

Do you have Spybot and/or AdAware installed/updated. Have you run them? SpyBot's pretty good.

Thanks John & Triple6 , I read your recommendations. I think I am going to investigate Hijack This approach, although I haven't tried Spyboy yet, I have run ADaware on another machine and it worked well enough for basic probems

Spybot will be my choice if I can figure out Hijack This.

I appreciate your redirection to tom coyote site, I have viewed it and like the content

    :)
