I finally got windows XP loaded back on to my system but the settings were off and the writing so large you could not see everything,. tried changing the monitor settings but it kept picking up default and would not allow any changes. I found an area where it said to allow windows to correct resolution so I clicked on it the screen went out the system rebooted . it corrected it alright .. now the windows screen does come up when booting and then it goes to a navy blue almost black screen and the only thing you can see is if you go in safe mode it prints out all this stuff then goes back to the black screen again.. I do not know how to fix or how to remove windows to start over again... can you help

Your resolution probably can't be changed until you install your video drivers. Just reinstall and allow the partition to be formatted first.
