I have a very common error. I did a Google, search for the error. It seems like a lot of others has this error. I will post my error below. I get this error when trying to install .exe programs. For example. I tried to install IrfanView. I get an error. I tried right clicking, then properties, then click on unblock. It didn't work. Some or most say unblock will work. In my case it didn't. This just recently started after new updates. I guess it's a new error by MS?

Is the exe not running or when the exe starts 'it' can't get to the path? Are you installing locally, network drive, or install across the internet?

Are you running IE7? before this started?

Are you logging in as Admin? or is your user a member of the admin?
