I had a laptop before this one (two weeks old)... and it was only 6mos old when I got this one. THe other ran XP Home, this one XP Pro. They BOTH have the same problem with opening folders...

If a folder contains photos, or photos and othe misc. documents, when the folder is open... it freezes and crashes windows. Different computers, different files, same results.

I've tried to set the options for different things to see if it would help.... but it hasn't. I've set it to Photo Album, Pictures, and the other setting for different file types. Repeated crashes mean that I have to break apart the folder so it doesn't contain but one or two subfolders... very irritating. (n)

Any fix to this??? It really is driving me nuts at this point.

    Thanks.

    Autumn
