XP Home - blank task manager

    Ok.. my task manager is completely fine except that in the Processes tab the big white area what should list all the process is just gray... just a continuation of the background. (I use a gray color for the toolbar and windows instead of the blue bubbly thing that is default.)

    If I am confusing I have a screenshot to show anyone... but I'm not allowed to post links...

    DISPLAY - APPEARANCE - Select for color scheme Windows Standard - apply

    It sounds as if a color scheme has been messed with

    The color scheme has been messed with... I applied the Windows Standard one, still can not see processes.

    Set it to another scheme - apply and then set it back to Standard
