    Hello everyone

    thanks for entering :)

i have a Dell Inspiron laptop and it was working fine

i download a progrem for my BB to fix it

anyways it was working so fine and i fix all the proplems
everything was working well until ..

it froze on me and i wait for it about an 15 minutes and it didnt worked

so i shut it down from the Turning On/Off button

and i open it again and it was not working :(

it shows to me an unclear screen and
i can see a littel images like the windows XP loading

i pressed the button about 8 sec and it shutted down then

i open it again but i only can see the screen clearly about 3 sec

and it's turned back unclear :(

and i can see the laptop restart itself

I'm confused. You say your Dell Inspiron laptop was working fine, then you say you downloaded a program to fix it.

What program did you download and use?

As soon as you start your computer, keep tapping the F8 key without interruption until the options menu screen appears.

Select to start Windows with the last known good configuration.

If that doesn't work, I really don't know what else to tell you.

It's difficult or impossible to diagnose some problems without having a "hands on" with the computer.
