(If this belongs in the networking forum, please give me a heads up.) My Dell Inspiron laptop using XP successfully accesses my Mac Airport wireless network and I have no problem getting Internet access. However, I can't get it to print to the old HP 5MP Laserjet attached to the Airport base station via ethernet hub. I've downloaded the correct XP-compatible driver to the laptop, but when I send a document to print it just sits there until it times out. I'm theorizing the printer can't talk back to the laptop over the network because the printer is configured for Mac and the laptop is Windows? I would appreciate any suggestions.
