Just installed XP Pro and every time I boot up, it goes right to the original admin log on, no password required. It does this even though I have created my own admin log on plus several limited log ons for my nieces. What I want the computer to do is boot to a screen where I have to choose which log on to use and enter a password for each one. I dont' want my nieces booting up straight into the admin account, that defeats the purpose of limiting their access.
thanks
Jeff

Control Panel, User Accounts, Change the way users log on or off. Change it to Use the welcome screen.

it's already set to use the Welcome Screen. When I boot up, it does the XP loading screen, then goes blue and says Windows is loading your settings and then, bam! the generic administrator account is automatically logged in. I want it to go to a screen so I can choose who to log in.
btw, can I get rid of the generic admin since I made my own account the admin?
