Can you add them with Add/Remove Programs>Add/Remove Windows Components? Both are in Accessories And Utilities>Accessories.

Sorry, I was referring to the "Accessories And Utilities>Accessories" section of "Add/Remove Windows Components", which you can get to from "Add/Remove Programs" in control panel.

In other words, from the Control Panel, click Add Remove Programs, then the Add/Remove Windows Components button on the left. A "Please Wait" will pop up, and eventually you'll get a box that saya "Windows Components wizard". Doubleclick the "Accessories and Utilities" at the top, then doubleclick Accessories. The check the box beside Clipboard viewer, and the box by Paint.
