Hi, Could any of you help me with this annoying littl problem I have? I have searched the board to no avail.

I am currently installing Office XP on Windows XP SP1 ready for cloning. There seems to be a problem with the OSB. If I open the OSB under the user I have installed it on all the default icons are there, however, if I log on as another user and open the osb the first six icons are missing (they have a ? instaed). I have tried a refresh and have also tried to manualy locate the shortcut in the properties of each button but it won't let me.

I am reluctant to copy the Admin profile (the OSB works on that) to the default user profile as it would overwrite all my other settings.

Has anybody come across this problem before?
