    Hi

I have a client whos P.C keeps shutting down after about 5 minutes and re-booting. This only happens when he's connected to his dial up account. This is running slow at 31.5mbps

I,ve run spybot and Adaware and removed entries that it found, but still doing it.

He's running XP Pro on a 750MGZ CPU and 254MB Ram but says it has worked ok up to now.

    The system error report reads:

    c\windows\minidump\mini012507-03.dmp
    c\documu~\jake\locals~1\temp\weri.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

Can anyone advise how I should proceed.

    Ian

Check the settings in the dial-up connection under Advanced
