I'm currently running windows vista ultimate edition, I finally upgraded to solve a DVDrw drive problem. I was attempting before to upgrade to XP Pro, but my install cd failed, and I just went for the next best thing.
    However,
Now whenever I boot up my PC, I get an error message saying that XP Pro cannot find a file and continue installation. Then I hit enter, and select Vista like a dual boot system.
Now this seems rather easy to solve, my first thought was. Then I learned that Vista doesn't have a "boot.ini"!
I've been using google, and checking forums for days now, I'd love some help on this issue.
    Thanks!
