I am a beginner and have XP pro at my office. I will be working from home on some days and would like to install XP Pro on my home computer. Am I in breach of licence if I do this or can I just install it and enter the code and register without any problem? I own my own business, so this is my OS.

You need to check with your System Administrator at work to see what type of licensing agreement they have with Microsoft. It varies depending on the size of the company and type of license purchased.
