XP Registry files

    What are the names of the registry files for XP? I don't see user.dat and system.dat in the windows folder.

    The files constituting the Win XP Registry are to be found in your Windows\System32\Config directory.

    As you see, it's quite a different configuration from Win 9x.

    These files are backed up to the Repair directory, so that they may be restored in the event of a registry failure.

    You can get into the registry by Start/ Run and type in regedit. Now as for the names? (Whines) Mo?????
