    Hiya, guys.

I have Vista pre-installed, have a recovery DVD, made another primary partition, want to dual boot XP.

I am running with an Nvidia/EVGA 680i mobo, Nvidia raid driver. I have 2 SATA hd's in Raid 0 config.

What problems will having Raid 0 cause, if any, during install, and what would I do to avoid those problems? I just don't want to get to a point where XP won't finish install and Vista won't work, so I'm checking first...

I put this in your own thread; replying to a guide is not going to really get you anywhere.

To answer your question, first of all you need to read the part of the guide where it tells you a recovery disk is not going to work. You need a real MS vista disk to repair the BCD files.

Next raid is not a problem as long as you load the raid controller driver during the install of xp. Vista sees most [if not all] raid controllers without having to load a driver.
