    The first thing to try is clearing the browser cache, so that any broken copies of the images stored on your computer will be removed and the browser will have to get new ones from Yahoo. It would be much easier to help with a bit more information, such as what Browser you're using.

    To clear the cache in Internet Explorer 8
    * Press Alt and Click Tools
    * Ensure that Temporary Internet Files is checked.
    * To avoid losing anything you might want to keep, uncheck everything else for the moment.
    * Click Delete

    To clear the cache in Mozilla Firefox
    * Click the Tools menu.
    * Click Clear recent History
    * Ensure that the drop down box reads "Everything"
    * Ensure that "cache" is checked.
    * To avoid losing anything you might want to keep, uncheck everything else for the moment.
    * Click Clear now.

    Just to make it easier to understand your problem can you please let us know ...

    Assuming you are using a web browser to access your Yahoo account, are you using the Classic, All-New-Mail, or some beta version of Yahoo mail?

    Are only some images missing while others are showing in the same e-mail message?

    Are images only missing in mails sent by certain individuals using certain mail services?

    Do the messages with the missing pictures show as having any attachments? If so, what happens if you try to open or download the attachment?

    Do you know if the images in the emails were embedded in the original message or where they links to images on some other server?

    Would it be possible for one of the senders of one of the problem messages to send me a similar message to my Yahoo e-mail address? I would send you a private message through this site with that address.
