All incoming emails apart from those sent by Amazon go straight to the archive folder rather than the inbox
checked for malware with Malwarebytes and Super anti Spyware...both show no problem

Who is your email provider and where do you check your email?

    Yahoo mail, free or paid?
Do you use a program to download your email or do you access it by going to the Yahoo mail site?

    Sorted.....Many thanks......
FYI I checked the filters the other day and there were none showing......I changed from the free version of AVG to the paid version..ran a scan and then followed your link to the filters...Showed a filter to send anything not from Amazon straight to Archive folder.....I CERTAINLY didn't put that filter there so can only presume it was put there by malware that the free AVG couldn't pick up....Very strange......But thanks again.....

I'm glad you found the cause.

Write down what you discovered because if it happens again, perhaps when AVG updates, you'll know what to do to fix it.
