    Abit AB9 Pro motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 @ 3.0Ghz cooled by a cheap aftermarket heatpipe cooler
ATI Radeon x1900XTX cooled by an Accelero S1
    2GB GSkill 2x1GB DDR2 800 RAM
2x500GB SATA, 1x400GB SATA, 1x160GB SATA, 1x80GB PATA hard drives
All in a cheap, 6 year old case with a few 120mm fans attached to it.

What I plan to do in the future:
-Get better RAM for a better FSB ratio
    -Get a quad core CPU

Other than that, it works perfectly fine for me.

Also, for your motherboard make sure you update the bios, because that board causes a double boot. I have the exact same board as yours.

    McTimson,
I have a question about Overclocking.
    - Does your CPU ever Overheat at 3.0Ghz?
    - I want to OC my CPU but according to my friend, it is pretty hard to overclock to 3.0GHz from 2.33 because of my RAM (667). Do you know how much I can OC my CPU to?

No, my CPU does not overheat - but this is because I'm careful and have researched overclocking before, and have been doing it for a long time (I started on a Pentium 1). I monitor my temperatures and make sure it doesn't get anywhere near a dangerous level.

Will your CPU overclock to 3Ghz? Who knows. Every CPU has a different limit, and there are other deciding factors. Yes, your RAM is an issue. Depending on your motherboard, you will have to run the CPU FSB at a different ratio than the RAM if you want to overclock it. Do your own research first, don't just rely on what a friend said - if you do something wrong, and you toast your CPU, Intel isn't going to say 'here, have another'.

This is a example, when you turn on the computer, after 10 seconds it'll automatically turn off, then it'll turn back on.
