Zero utilization of graphic card

    my AMD radeon R5 m430 Graphic card shows zero utilization when tracked from the task manager.
    Neither my task manager shows any any driver version infromation of my graphic card.Please help me with this issue. upload_2018-6-13_16-27-56.png

    No one [other than you] has any idea what hardware you are running. Post ALL of your exact system specs; ie exact mb, exact cpu, exact ram, exact pw supply, etc, etc. Do not post 16gig of ram; post the exact brand and mode/part# do that for ALL of your parts.iI it a manufactured computer (like dell) or custom build or laptop?

    The AMD GPU really shouldn't be utilize much if at all until you use something that requires it, such as a game. Your screenshot shows you just have mail open so there would be nothing to demand it being used. The Intel graphics is being utilized a little as it should be for basic Windows functions.
