When trying to use my webcam and AIM I get a message that zhotkey is not responding. Do I need to reload this file from Windows Vista or do I go to Gateway? I'm not sure if this is why my webcam isn't working or if it is a separate issue. Can anyone help?

It comes up on the bottom of the screen. I assume it is part of the multimedia program. It talks as if it is a multimedia driver. I have no idea.

zhotkey.exe is a process associated with the drivers for Chicony Keyboards. It manages the special key functions such as Internet, E-mail, Volume Control and more.
