You've jumped someone else's thread - you should post to your won thread - this will get moved

    SpywareBlaster 3.3 http://majorgeeks.com/download2859.html
    AdAware SE 1.05 http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html
    SpyBot S&D 1.3 http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/

DL them (they are free), install them, check each for their
    definition updates
and then run AdAware and Spybot, fixing anything
    they say.

In SpywareBlaster - Always enable all protection after updates
In SpyBot - After an update run immunize

Do these and reboot before the next step.

Then get HiJack This http://thespykiller.co.uk/files/hijackthis_sfx.exe - double click the DL file
And let it extract to its default folder C:\Program FIles\HiJackThis, run it , DO NOT fix anything, post the log here.

Did you load Spybot and Adaware?

Run HJT again and put a check in the following:

    O2 - BHO: ohb - {49256FE8-6394-4ACE-939C-22F35CA042AD} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\zippy.dll
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)
    O3 - Toolbar: AOL Toolbar - {4982D40A-C53B-4615-B15B-B5B5E98D167C} - C:\Program Files\AOL Toolbar\toolbar.dll (file missing)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcxMonitor] ALCXMNTR.EXE
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [AdwareSys] C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\3.exe

Close all applications and browser windows before you click "fix checked".

    Restart in Safe Mode

Open Windows Explorer. Go to Tools, Folder Options and click on the View tab.
Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked.
Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files".
Now click "Apply to all folders", Click "Apply" then "OK"

Navigate to the C:\Windows\Temp folder. Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

Next navigate to the C:\Documents and Settings\Owner (Repeat for all user names)\Local Settings\Temp folder.
Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

Finally go to Control Panel > Internet Options. On the General tab under "Temporary Internet Files" Click "Delete Files". Put a check by "Delete Offline Content" and click OK.

Reboot. Let us know if you have any problems or if things seem ok now.
