I have searched this forum for others who have had the same problems as I have had. This is the link to the page where the guy describes the same things as are happening to me (http://forums.techguy.org/malware-removal-hijackthis-logs/578242-virus-trojan-problems.html)

I got my virus (not sure if its zlob.downloader) by activating Active X. It was a trusted gameing site that I have been to many times, I have a subscribtion and I use them to host games over the internet. When you want to see a trailer for new game you have to install Active X to see it. I did not notice anything wrong at 1st. The trailer buffered and then never played. I just figured it was new and they had not completed adding it. Then I opened My Documents and saw the normal folders that are there plus about 12 other .exe that I have never seen before. So I deleted the 12 exe's I had never seen. They came right back and I went and found where they were comming from and deleted it as well. I had a ton of IE windows open (80 something) and I closed them all. They were all for some virus protection site. I have McAfee, so I ran that. McAfee said, and still says, that everything is ok. I ran AVG and deleted most of the files it came up with. Three could not be deleted by AVG.

    The 3 files were:
    faogqqmf.dll
    jkkLFyaa.dll
    rtildixc.dll

So I went and found the files and tried the simple "click and delete." They are in the system folder and it would not let me delete them. So I used killbot to get rid of them. They are gone and have not come back.

I noticed on my IE window other options (4) that were never there and not supposed to be there. It was the stfngdvw tool bar. So I used killbot to get rid of the stfngdvw files.

I closed IE and my background had been changed to some website add for removing viruses. I got rid of the website along with the swudgwxe files that were changing my back ground.

    I ran ad-aware
    I ran avg again
    I ran spybot
I ran McAfee again (hoping that paying for a virus protection, was worth something)

Anything the above found I got rid of. McAfee was totally worthless, he still thinks everything is ok.

I had the red circle with the white X in it giving me "warnings" just like the other person in the link at the top had. But after I went around getting rid of some problem files the red circle with an white X went away. My stfngdvw tool bar has gone away. The computer no longer uses 50% plus cpu power when just idle. There is nothing wrong, but I still have some minor fragments of the virus left. There are no ads, no warning messages, and no "extra" cpu usage. But when I open a window, such as task manager, the menu text has a white back ground. Not the normal light gray background. Everytime I turn my computer off or restart it, it starts with an error message. The message is headded RUNDLL and reads: error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\faogqqmf.dll (I deleted him above). If I run avg, it will always find some cookies to get rid of, even if I just turn the computer on.

I could use some help getting rid of the last bits.

Here is my current HJT log.
