Well, I posted this on another forum, but nobody gave me the time of day. Hopefully here, somebody will at least try and help. Well this is what I posted:

Well I have a annoying problem. I had my password set for ZoneAlarm. But I didn't put my e-mail in because it said it was just for Updates and whatnot. Well I was going to get on YIM and ZoneAlarm asked if I wanted to let the program run. I clicked "Yes" and it proceeded to ask me my password. I put in my password and it said that my password was incorrect. I opened up ZoneAlarm and MOST of my settings were then set at their highest, without me choosing to do so. Nobody at my house could've done this, since they're all on vacation. I can't delete ZoneAlarm, because it asks for my Password. I can't ask for help on their main site, since ZoneAlarm, with it's high settings, won't accept cookies. Am I screwed here?
