Zoom meeting technical issue

Nowadays my children are attending the school online classes through the Zoom platform without any technical issues. But from last week we are facing the problem in my son’s karate online classes. The technical problem is that after joining the meeting within a few minutes the laptop is shutting down. We tried to join the meeting with another laptop and mobile phone. The same technical issues happened. It is happening only in my son’s karate online class!! Please advise me of the solution to this issue.

Same problem when using those devices in another location (like a Library, Starbucks, etc.)?
If so, then it may lie with the Karate Online Class equipment/service/server.
